DESCRIPTION:Significant code changes are coming to the Oregon Residential Specialty code April 1st. All builders\, remodelers\, engineers\, architects and designers\, as well as framers\, insulators\, electricians\, mechanical\, drywall and plumbing contractors are urged to attend in order to avoid costly errors and corrections.\n\n\n		\n\n			Requirements for higher efficiency HVAC\, water heating & air leakage control systems\n\n			Restrictive adjustments to exterior doors & glass doors\n\n			Tighter envelope requirements with changes to the way ducts & air handling equipment must be installed\n\n			Changes to the ORSC's Additional Measures Table\n\n			Significant changes to non-bearing partitions\, membrane covered structures and deck covers\n\n			Many\, many more changes to Oregon's building code\n\n		\n\n		\n			\nTaught by Rebai Tamerhoulet\, the Building Codes Director/Instructor for the Oregon Home Builders Association.\n\n\n		This course provides 4 hours of CCB continuing education credits.
