The HBA's January Monthly Member Luncheon will feature David Briggs, employment attorney with Saalfeld Griggs PC, presenting information on the state's new Paid Leave Oregon rules.  These new rules require all employers to withhold .6% of payroll and submit to the state to fund new paid leave benefits which employees can access beginning later this year.  Larger employers will also have to contribute an additional .4% of payroll.

The HBA's monthly meetings now take place over the lunch hour, rather than dinner!  Join us at the Chemeketa Eola Events Center at 215 Doaks Ferry Rd NW from 11:45am - 1:00pm on Wednesday, January 18th.  Lunch is $25 per person and pre-registration is required.
