Description

Like all Oregon cities, the City of Salem is now required to develop a Housing Production Strategy - a 6 to 8 year plan to promote the development of housing.  Salem is in the midst of this process currently, and is looking at ways to incentivize more housing production and reduce regulatory barriers.  Eunice Kim and Lisa Anderson Ogilvie from the Salem Planning Department will be speaking at the HBA's February dinner on the Housing Production Strategy program.  Join us for an informative discussion on the ways that Salem is working to encourage the development of additional housing.
