The HBA's May 21st Member Dinner will feature Keith Sekishiro, City of Salem Building Official, speaking on recent changes at the Salem Building Department.  Responding to contractor feedback, Salem is moving away from the new ProjectDox software system used for the intake of building permits, and returning to a more user-friendly system.  Sekishiro will share details on Salem's efforts to improve the permit application process and continue providing strong customer service.
