Tuesday Sept. 16th, 2025. Join the Professional Women in Building as we return to the Simonka Place for the first time since completing the Simonka Place living room remodel - for an evening of volunteering. This group volunteering opportunity will be a great way to bond with fellow PWB members while making a difference within the community we serve. It will be fun to revisit the remodel we completed and restock the space with new books, games, stitchery kits, coloring books, etc. AND spend some time serving dinner and interacting with the adults and children that attend Simonka Place. For those that are able to attend: Please arrive at 4:00 pm to help with dinner prep. We will start serving dinner around 5:00 pm. Clean-up duties will take place after dinner, at which point the evening activities will begin. We will get to facilitate some of the activities, group games (bingo, Pictionary, etc.) - some geared specifically for adults and then fun outdoor activities for the kids. Chapel typically begins at 7:00 pm, but if anyone is interested in staying longer, they have offered to rearrange their schedule to accommodate. Duration of volunteer slot: 4 pm - 7 pm If you can only make it to a portion of that slot, please let us know. If you can attend the entire volunteer slot, even better! We would love as much involvement as possible to represent Professional Women in Building during PWB Week!
